I ordered this phone for my son as his Christmas present. Last yr I had a horrible divorce which included Identity Theft and this phone was mailed to my old address where my ex-husband still lives. It was mailed there because this home address is the one on file for me through Amazon. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes...which I learned to use. I contacted the seller and explained my situation and he went out of his way to ensure that my son's Christmas present was sent to our new address. It arrived on Christmas eve. I appreciated this so much! It was indeed a good purchase, a good seller, and a wonderful Christmas. -- It was a Merry Christmas after all!
